- A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within sectors such as indoor air solutions, construction machinery, electrical and electronic systems, residential or commercial equipment, or fire safety systems.
- Proficient in English for reading, speaking, and writing (equivalent to Level B or higher).
- Possessing a proven B2B customer portfolio and track record of achievements is an advantage.
- Demonstrates a supportive, hardworking, and positive attitude.
- Strong presentation abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management capabilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet and engage with customers.
- Drive and grow sales by engaging with property developers, design consultants, and contractors to gather project information.
- Establish and strengthen customer relationships to identify potential projects in the IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) sector.
- Prepare and deliver tailored solution proposals to both direct clients and channel partners.
- Collaborate with distributors' sales teams to expand market coverage and drive revenue growth.
- Recommend the most suitable products and solutions to address customer requirements effectively.
- Organize sales training sessions and coordinate marketing initiatives with authorized distributors to maximize sales potential.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence to generate ideas for business development.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team.
