- Min 2+ years' experience in B2B service business is an advantage
- Business understanding and acumen (customer focus industries, market trends, buyer personas)
- Experience in selling impactful services and value
- Experience in face-to-face sales environments.
- Experience in justifying the value of the service and tackle “price-only” discussions.
- Sales technics certifications are an advantage
- Identifying, visiting and / or contacting potential and existing customers to meet sales targets.
- Assess customer needs, plan and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority; and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
- Provide intended customer experience by creating a desired emotional atmosphere through active listening towards the customer.
- Maintain sales activities in CRM database effectively.
- Stay updated on product and service knowledge and sales techniques through continuous training.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and share best practices.
- Manage own sales pipeline and be mindful of required activity to fulfil the goals in the pipeline.
