  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and major social platforms
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance—turning data into actionable insights
  • Conduct A/B tests, refine ad copy, and improve landing pages to maximize ROI
  • Maintain campaign assets: creative, keywords, budgets, ad copy, and audience settings
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to uncover new opportunities
  • Optimize Google Business Profiles to improve local SEO visibility
  • Prepare clear performance reports, highlighting wins and next-step recommendations for stakeholders
  • Assist in planning and executing email marketing initiatives
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content
  • Support Marketing Managers with additional tasks as needed
Requirements
  • 0–1 year of marketing experience or a relevant degree with strong passion for digital marketing
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new tools and tactics
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
  • Foundational understanding of PPC concepts: keyword research, ad copy, landing-page optimization, bidding strategies
  • Solid analytical/problem-solving mindset
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms
  • Experience with marketing automation (e.g., Customer.io, Zapier, HubSpot)
  • Comfort with SQL and data-visualization tools
