The report need to be countersigned by Client or his representative presented at site if any.Comply with OI training, security and safety procedures.Equipment maintenance.Sending all relevant documents, samples, photos, expenses report,... soon after completion of the inspection to the Operational Manager/ supervisor for reviewing.Update job process to the Operation Manager and supervisor.
