- Essential Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Oversight:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and key deliverables.
- Create detailed project timelines, plans, and resource distribution strategies.
- Monitor and assess project progress to ensure timely completion of both short-term and long-term goals.
- Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Guide and manage cross-functional teams (such as developers, engineers, QA, and designers) throughout the project lifecycle to optimize team efficiency.
- Facilitate collaboration among team members and act as a communication bridge between technical staff and stakeholders.
- Lead technical discussions, ensuring all team members are clear on requirements, timelines, and their individual responsibilities.
- Risk Mitigation & Issue Resolution:
- Identify and manage potential risks, working proactively with teams to mitigate them.
- Address technical and operational challenges promptly and escalate them when necessary to ensure project momentum is maintained.
- Technical Insight:
- Use your technical expertise to make informed decisions on technology, implementation, and any challenges that may arise.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure optimal project outcomes.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management:
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status, deliverables, and potential challenges.
- Gather feedback, align project objectives with business needs, and adjust project scope or outcomes as required.
- Budget & Resource Allocation:
- Track and report on project budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Suggest process improvements and strategies for enhancing team efficiency and project success.
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in technical project management within the tech industry.
- Proven track record in overseeing complex software development projects, ideally within Agile or Scrum frameworks.
- Skills:
- Core Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technology infrastructure.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to solve problems effectively and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Comprehensive understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and their application in project management.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in Vietnamese or Korean is an advantage.
