  • Act as the main point of contact for international guests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collect and report guest feedback on food, beverages, service, ambiance, and overall experience to the management team.
  • Represent management in resolving any guest issues or incidents during service.
  • Collaborate with service staff and kitchen team to deliver seamless hospitality.
  • Support internal communication and guest flow during peak hours.
Qualifications:
  • Pleasant appearance; height from 1.6m or above
  • Must be a foreign national (expat) currently residing in or willing to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City
  • Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer relations.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident, friendly, and able to work in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
