- Develop long-term training roadmaps that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of training curricula to meet the evolving needs of frontline agents and business development managers.
- Ensure training content is relevant, effective, and regularly revisit and refine the training roadmap to align with the company's evolving business plan and objectives.
- Strategically manage the delivery of training interventions such as sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Ensure high standards of training quality and effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate training outcomes to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the administration of license training programs and manage certification processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide specialized training for business development managers to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Work with agency masters and external training houses to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure training programs meet business needs.
- Enhance e-learning platforms and Training Management Systems (TMS) to improve learning experiences.
- Ensure platforms meet business needs and comply with regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in training and development in Life Insurance, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
- Proven experience in managing large training teams and complex training programs.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of training design, development, and delivery.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in digital learning tools and platforms.
- Analytical skills to assess training needs and outcomes.
