ACG_2885_JOBOur client is a top-notch bank who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment for middle to senior-level positions across departments.Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build strategic workforce plans.Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent from both local and international markets.Manage and coach a team of recruiters to ensure KPIs and hiring targets are met.Oversee candidate sourcing activities including job postings, headhunting, employee referrals, and external agency management.Develop and maintain a strong employer brand through social media, career fairs, networking events, and other branding initiatives.Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) to continuously improve processes.Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations throughout the hiring process.Lead initiatives on recruitment digitalization, system upgrades, and candidate experience enhancement.Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical roles through talent mapping and succession planning efforts.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5–7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or team lead capacity.Prior experience in banking or financial services is highly preferred.Solid understanding of hiring for specialized functions such as credit, compliance, digital banking, IT, and corporate finance.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior business leaders.Strategic mindset with strong data orientation and problem-solving capabilities.Contact: Hieu Nguyen or Ngan NguyenDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
