We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Program Delivery team. In this role, you will lead and deliver development projects and campaign workstreams, covering strategy, creative, technology, production, digital, and media. As the key point of contact for both stakeholders and the project team, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and success of each project.What Youll Be Doing

Plan & Prioritize: Manage all deliverables and resources across multiple projects, coordinating with creative, strategy, and tech teams to develop outstanding digital products.
Stay Goal-Oriented: Maintain a focus on project goals and solutions, ensuring successful execution of both large-scale and detailed initiatives.
Oversee Multiple Workstreams: Act as the focal point for project delivery while staying updated on daily activities across various workstreams.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, strategists, and developers.
Use Project Management Tools: Utilize tools like Asana, Jira, and Coda to track project progress and workflows.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
Project Communication: Provide clear and consistent project updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Risk & Change Management: Assess project risks, manage changes, and oversee multiple digital campaign projects effectively.
Timeline Management: Ensure all project timelines are well-structured and communicated to meet expected launch dates.

What Wed Like to See

5+ years of experience managing interactive projects from discovery and design to technical development and implementation.
Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget.
Strong skills in risk management and ability to anticipate potential project challenges, proactively implementing solutions.
Ability to identify stakeholder needs beyond initial requests and align solutions with strategic objectives.
Experience in stakeholder management, ensuring high-quality service delivery while actively soliciting and incorporating feedback.
Expertise in documenting project status and making strategic recommendations, escalating issues through the proper channels.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management best practices.
Experience in team management, task allocation, and prioritization, ensuring smooth execution across multiple projects.
Ability to secure and allocate project resources efficiently, maintaining a well-structured resource pool.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
