ACG_2908_JOBOur client is a leading plastic company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Strategic Procurement & Policy DevelopmentPartner with Market Research teams to gather and update industry insights including pricing trends, competitive benchmarks, and product quality tiers.Advise senior leadership on procurement policies and commercial standards that align with company goals and market dynamics.Multi-region Procurement and Supply ManagementEnsure the provision of resources, materials, and products in line with customer requirements and expectations.Identify areas of improvement in the procurement process and propose solutions that boost operational efficiency and competitive positioning.Regional Sourcing Strategy ExecutionConduct supplier market analysis to identify and qualify new sourcing opportunities.Develop and sustain strategic partnerships with suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration.Integrated Procurement & Logistics OperationsCoordinate closely with production, customer relations, and commercial teams to ensure seamless fulfillment of orders with optimal inventory and lead time performance.Streamline procurement and logistics workflows with supply chain partners to enhance responsiveness and efficiency.Supplier Negotiation & Performance EvaluationManage supplier performance through regular assessments based on key KPIs (cost, quality, lead time, service level).Resolve issues and build accountability within the supplier base to ensure supply continuity.Supply Network & Partnership DevelopmentOversee the management and expansion of the company's supply network.Recommend strategic initiatives to enhance sourcing capabilities and strengthen supplier relationships.RequirementsBachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, International Trade, or related disciplines.Minimum 8 years in procurement and supply chain development and at least 1 year in a similar role in industrial B2B manufacturing is an advantage.Solid understanding of purchasing procedures, export-import operations, and domestic trade.Familiarity with global shipping laws and customs clearance practices.Strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional communication skills.Fluent in English (verbal and written); Mandarin proficiency (HSK3+) is a plus.Contact: Giang Tran or Hoang Hai HaDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
