- Design and implement comprehensive social and community strategies across multiple channels
- Leverage both owned and earned media channels to drive engagement, visibility, and reach.
- Build, nurture, and activate Vietnam-based online communities and customers
- Ensure brand alignment across all communication touchpoints, including tone, visuals, and messaging
- Lead initiatives in public relations, brand reputation management, and storytelling campaigns.
- Organize and execute community engagement programs such as offline meetups, partnerships, and activations.
- Oversee influencer/creator partnerships as well as agency collaborations, ensuring impactful outcomes
- Track key metrics, assess campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies for continuous growth
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in social media, community building, or PR
- Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication.
- Experience working with influencers, creators, and agencies
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese
- Comfortable working in a startup environment: agile, adaptable, and solutions-oriented in the face of ambiguity and change.
