Talent Acquisition Assistant (9-month contract)

• Proactively consulting seniors and/or managers to obtain a good understanding of positions and effectively define qualified candidates.
• Carry out the entire recruitment process, from job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, coordination of test/interview procedure,... to effective employment for assigned open positions, towards both external and internal candidates.
• Implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive qualified candidates across multiple channels.
• Maintain relationships with top talent and build key talent pools to support future hiring needs, providing regular updates and reports to Seniors and Managers.
• Supporting various recruitment-related tasks to streamline processes.
• Lead or support recruitment projects and employer branding events to ensure effective hiring.
• Support recruitment-related administrative tasks such as job board purchases, vendor coordination, partnership agreements, monthly reports, and cash calls.
• Other tasks assigned by superiors.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Talent Sourcing.
• Proficiency in Boolean search and advanced sourcing methods.
• Strong networking skills to engage candidates and present the company’s values and position, unique selling points effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both Vietnamese and English.
• High sense of ownership, responsibility, and results-oriented mindset.
• Growth mindset with strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Experience in the gaming or tech industry is a plus.
• Employer branding experience is a plus.
