
Talent Acquisition Assistant (9-month contract)

- Proactively consulting seniors and/or managers to obtain a good understanding of positions and effectively define qualified candidates.
- Carry out the entire recruitment process, from job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, coordination of test/interview procedure,... to effective employment for assigned open positions, towards both external and internal candidates.
- Implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive qualified candidates across multiple channels.
- Maintain relationships with top talent and build key talent pools to support future hiring needs, providing regular updates and reports to Seniors and Managers.
- Supporting various recruitment-related tasks to streamline processes.
- Lead or support recruitment projects and employer branding events to ensure effective hiring.
- Support recruitment-related administrative tasks such as job board purchases, vendor coordination, partnership agreements, monthly reports, and cash calls.
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Talent Sourcing.
- Proficiency in Boolean search and advanced sourcing methods.
- Strong networking skills to engage candidates and present the company’s values and position, unique selling points effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both Vietnamese and English.
- High sense of ownership, responsibility, and results-oriented mindset.
- Growth mindset with strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Experience in the gaming or tech industry is a plus.
- Employer branding experience is a plus.
