- Deliver health and safety management report to the client and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide project management support across multiple sites as needed.
- Ensure the project under supervision is effectively managed in terms of health and safety, with a strong focus on achieving zero incidents.
- Report HSE deviations, accidents, near misses, and other related incidents in regular project updates.
- Conduct safety and quality control audits to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Raise daily safety observations with the contractor and follow up to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Prepare a monthly safety assessment report for the client, based on daily site visits and audit findings.
- Manage construction incidents in accordance with the client's Incident Escalation Protocol, ensuring the contractor investigates and takes appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure all project personnel complete the contractor's health and safety induction prior to accessing the construction site.
- Perform weekly and monthly safety walks and upload the resulting reports to the document management system.
- 5-10 years of experience
- Degree in Safety, Health and Environmental management
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHA 18001, ISM, ISPS standards and HSE management systems
- Certificate in HSE in accordance with local regulation
