We are hiring a GA4 Technical Consultant to join our Vietnam team as a regional specialist for enterprise clients under GA4 license and man-day support engagements. This role will take ownership of all technical support, troubleshooting, tagging strategies, and advisory tasks.Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & SLA ManagementServe as first-line support for technical troubleshooting across GA4, GTM, and Firebase implementations.Resolve client tickets based on SLA tiers, escalating only when required.Prepare clear root cause analyses and documentation for each support case.GA4 Implementation & AuditReview, implement, and maintain GA4 tagging via GTM or Firebase.Conduct tagging audits, event tracking validation, and data integrity checks.Enable event quota alerts and manage tagging governance.Data Strategy & ReportingDesign and deliver tagging strategy plans to support end-to-end funnel measurement.Perform data reconciliation across GA4, CRM, and backend systems.Generate actionable insights and custom GA4 reports for business teams.Configuration & Enablement TasksSet up mobile measurement platforms (MMPs) like AppsFlyer/Firebase for deep linking and remarketing.Implement rule-based segments, data enrichment, and custom audience configuration.Integrate GA4 with CRM platforms (e.g., 1P data into GA4-360), BigQuery, and GCP.Advisory & Client ConsultingConsult on website/app personalization and customer journey tracking design.Support business requirements for segments, clustering, and technology mapping.Act as a technical advisor on GA4 architecture, audience enablement via GMP, and strategic best practices.BI, Dashboards, & Quarterly ReviewsCollaborate on Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) dashboard setup for GA4.Support Quarterly Audits for existing GA4 implementations (scope, config, tracking quality).Key RequirementsTechnical Skills:4+ years experience with GA4, GTM, and Firebase (web & mobile)Solid understanding of event-based data models and conversion funnel trackingExperience with Tagging Plan creation, event setup, and debugging workflowsWorking knowledge of BigQuery, Looker Studio, and GCP architecture is preferredFamiliar with server-side GTM, CRM-to-GA4 integration, and audience segmentationAnalytical & Advisory Experience:Able to translate marketing and business KPIs into analytics trackingFamiliar with data reconciliation and validating metrics across GA4 & backend APIsExperience working with rule-based segments, user-level analysis, and mobile tracking challengesCommunication & Collaboration:Fluent in Vietnamese (for client-facing interaction) and proficient in EnglishStrong technical documentation and troubleshooting write-up skillsComfortable coordinating across local PM/account teams and regional tech teamsNice to Have:GA4 Certification / GAIQExperience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust)Familiarity with Cloudflare, bot filtering strategies, and advanced web debugging toolsExposure to Agile ticketing and support workflows (Wrike, JIRA, etc)Location: Ho Chi Minh CityBrand:Time Type: Full timeContract Type: Fixed Term Contract (Fixed Term)
