David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a multinational financial services company specializing in online trading that is seeking to onboard an IB Sales Manager to join their team.
Position: IB Sales Manager
Work model: Remote - China, Taiwan, East Asia, Malaysia
Employment type: Full-time, Service Agreement for Remote, Employment Agreement if based in Malaysia.
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Promote the company’s products and services through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Conduct market research and share relevant insights to support client decision-making.
Assist clients with onboarding processes, including account setup and product usage.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales objectives and business growth targets.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Represent the company’s offerings to partners, affiliates, and prospective clients.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base and partner network.
Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have FX industry experience in an IB Sales Manager or Business Development role
Must be able to bring their own IB network, particularly within Southeast Asia / East Asia
They need to have excellent USP (unique selling proposition) skills.
Fluent Mandarin is a must; good English (B2) is acceptable
