ACG_2894_JOBOur client is a leading company specialized in real estate who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Corporate Legal ResponsibilitiesLiaise with relevant government agencies in Quang Ninh to handle administrative procedures relating to the company’s business operations, including business registration, setting up companies/representative offices/branches, and updating registered business information.Offer legal support across various business functions such as sales and marketing, intellectual property, labor and employment, and other related operational activities.Project Legal SupportCollaborate with government authorities and external consultants to carry out procedures for amending Investment Certificates and obtaining Prior Investment Approvals.Advise on legal matters related to M&A transactions; draft, review, and finalize M&A-related agreements and contracts in coordination with external legal advisors.Provide legal opinions and recommendations on project-related procedures in Quang Ninh and other northern regions of Vietnam, covering areas such as land use, compensation, industrial zones, real estate, and project management.Commercial Legal SupportDraft, review, and revise a wide range of commercial contracts (e.g., lease, sales, service, construction, consultancy contracts) and other legal documents in both Vietnamese and English to support business operations.Assist in specialized legal tasks and deliver high-level legal support as assigned.Handle dispute resolution by setting litigation strategies, preparing and collecting evidence, issuing legal notices, drafting lawsuits or summons, and coordinating with external lawyers to provide case background and company strategy.RequirementsA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law is required.Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.A minimum of 8 years of legal experience, preferably in an international law firm or as a senior in-house legal counsel.At least 8 years of hands-on experience in drafting and reviewing various types of contracts and agreements is essential.Proven experience representing clients in court proceedings and managing litigation execution processes.A minimum of 5 years of experience handling government registration procedures.Solid knowledge and expertise in key areas of business law, including but not limited to Environmental Law, Industrial Estate Regulations, Land Law, Factory Law, and Foreign Business Law, which are critical to the company’s core operations.Strong understanding of project management principles, as well as experience in commercial, real estate, corporate, and M&A legal matters.Possesses a strong commercial mindset and business acumen.BenefitsAttractive salary package, with potential housing support based on the candidate’s qualifications and performance.Performance-based bonus aligned with business outcomes and individual KPIs.Enjoy additional paid holidaysConvenient shuttle bus transportation available from Quang Ninh and Hai PhongContact: Nga NguyenDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
