- Completing installs and deinstallations, reactive repairs and basic calibration, and proactive preventive maintenance and adjustments in a fast, efficient, and economical manner.
- Putting in maximum effort to reduce downtime for customers.
- Giving clients an explanation of the actions done to resolve the issue and indicating any further actions that might be required.
- Help establish a collaborative, upbeat, and motivated environment by working closely with all other departments and coworkers. Closely coordinate commercial possibilities and information with sales.
- Utilizing sound judgment to determine when a customer incident warrants the initiation of the escalation process. When producing material for coworkers and management, adhere to deadlines.
- Notifying team leaders or service management of circumstances when meeting contractual obligations is unlikely or if customer satisfaction is compromised.
- Outstanding troubleshooting abilities
- A high level of computer literacy, including familiarity with networks, connections, and currently acceptable operating systems and software.
- Independence and drive.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, as well as the capacity to work with employees of all levels and consumers.
- Able to control the stock of replacement parts
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- A solid understanding of the medical analysis laboratory's equipment and procedures; a comprehensive understanding of the company's policies, mission, vision, and values
- Strong teaching abilities, sales prowess, and cooperative nature.
- A Technical or University Degree in Electronics or equivalent in a relevant life science subject
