Material Controller

• Ngoài những yêu cầu bên dưới với trưởng nhóm cần có thêm khả năng quản lý đội nhóm, kết hợp cùng Trưởng ca quản lý, giám sát, đôn đốc chung nhóm mình để hoàn thành nhiệm vụ. /In addition to the requirements below, the team leader needs to have more ability to manage the team, combine with the shift leader to manage, supervise and urge his team to complete the task.

• Kiểm soát hàng nhập, hàng xuất và hàng lưu kho theo yêu cầu. /Control inlet, outbound and inventory as required.

• Đảm bảo việc nhập, xuất, đếm kho được thực hiện kiểm đếm thực tế đúng với chứng từ về mặt số lượng và chất lượng một cách an toàn theo tiêu chuẩn của Toll. /Ensure that the import, export and counting of warehouses are carried out in accordance with documents in terms of quantity and quality safely according to Toll standards

• Kết hợp với Trưởng ca để quản lý nhân viên tại kho hoàn thành nhiệm vụ. /Combine with the Shift Leader to manage staff at the warehouse to complete tasks.

• Kiểm tra số lượng và chất lượng hàng hóa xuất nhập. /Check the quantity and quality of import and export goods.

• Kiểm đếm và phân loại hàng hóa chính xác. /Accurate tallying and sorting of goods.

• Thực hiện đầy đủ và rõ ràng quy trình xuất, nhập, lưu kho, đếm kho hàng hóa. /Fully and clearly implement the process of exporting, importing, warehousing, counting warehouses.

• Giám sát công tác bảo trì,bảo dưỡng trang thiết bị,bảo vệ,giữ gìn tài sản kho theo quy định. /Supervise the maintenance, maintenance of equipment, protection and preservation of warehouse assets according to regulations.

• Tuân thủ theo các quy định về an toàn, an ninh, giữ gìn tài sản kho hàng, bảo đảm chất lượng hàng hóa và dịch vụ. / Comply with regulations on safety, security, preservation of warehouse assets, quality assurance of goods and services.

• Điều hành công việc dưới kho khi Trưởng ca vắng mặt: sắp xếp nhân sự, chia đơn hàng xuất, nhận chứng từ hàng nhập từ bộ phận dữ liệu, gọi hàng nhập vào cửa /Manage work under the warehouse when the shift leader is absent: arrange personnel, divide export orders, receive import documents from the data department, call inbound goods

• Thực hiện một số công việc khác theo điều động của Trưởng ca và các cấp quản lý khi có yêu cầu để đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ như quản lý côn trùng, quản lý pallet, ván.... /Perform a number of other tasks as assigned by the shift leader and managers when required to ensure service quality such as insect management, pallet management, boards....
