Job Responsibilities
Our company is developing a construction consulting business with a focus on plant projects. This position will be responsible for project management and member support as a leader of the design department. - Communicate directly with customers, receive project information, create quotes for projects - Plan the implementation, manage the progress and implementation of the project with other team members, report the progress to the superior - Train and develop the team to be able to meet the needs of the job. - Manage and evaluate employees in the team, propose appropriate salary and bonus regimes - Support the head of the department for management tasks ・顧客と直接コミュニケーションを取り、プロジェクト情報を受け取り、プロジェクトの見積もりを作成する。 ・実装を計画し、他のチームメンバーと一緒にプロジェクトの進行状況と実装を管理し、進行状況を上司に報告します。 ・仕事のニーズを満たすことができるようにチームを訓練し、育成します。 ・チーム内の従業員を管理および評価し、適切な給与とボーナス制度を提案する ・管理タスクのために部門の責任者をサポートします。Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction/ Architecture/ Roads and Bridges ・Language: Japanese - Business Level (N3 advanced or higher (good communication, confident communication with customers when needed) ・Experience: - 5+ years of design experience in the construction industry - At least 1 year of experience managing project teams in Japanese construction companies - Ability to read and understand Japanese drawings - Proficient in using Auto CAD software, understanding BIM, and knowing how to use 3D software and tools (Revit, etc.) - Have an overall understanding of jobs in construction design (architecture, structure, M&E) - Have team leadership skills, plan work implementation, control and operate the team, be responsible for managing the progress and quality of the project. - Have training skills, accountability and customer persuasion skills
