Finance Officer

• Record financial transactions, including invoices, receipts and payments, into accounting software i.e. ITAS/ SAP.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial activities.

• Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
• Manage customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable records.

• Reconcile bank statements with the company's accounting records.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies.

• Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

• Track and record employee expenses.
• Ensure compliance with the company's expenses reimbursement policies.

• Assist in maintaining financial documentation and filing systems.
• Provide support during audits and financial reviews.

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting
• Basic knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and local tax regulations
• Experience with accounting software, especially SAP
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and a team player
• English fluency
