Design vision, mission and strategy as well as innovative characteristics and requirements for the product(s) assigned, and lead the product development from the functional perspective in order to meet the stakeholder demands and to maximize value and economic success.
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with the overarching product portfolio.
Design the functional as well as non-functional / regulatory product requirements to maximize the product value and customer satisfaction.
Prioritize the product backlog and ensure it is up-to-date and transparent for the team.
Coordinate the targets of the iteration with the developments team in order to create shippable product increments and approve the results of an iteration for deployment.
Align with the stakeholder and the team on a mid-term release plan of the product as well as with other Product Owners and purchasing on the sourcing of components.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor of science (preferably IT, Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science)
With more than 2 years' working experience in related field

Good understanding of Manufacturing processes and Production environment

First experience in Software Projects as Product Owner or Software Developer
Experiences of Agile Software Development through first projects
Very good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Problem solving skills and structured way of working
Knowledge of Digitalization Technologies in Manufacturing preferred
Very good English skills
