To find out more visit , and read about the latest news via our .Description and RequirementsAn Enterprise and Public Sector leads sales efforts within large organizations and government entities, focusing on driving revenue growth, building relationships, and managing a team of sales professionals. They develop and execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals.Key Responsibilities:Developing and Executing Sales Strategies:This includes crafting plans to increase revenue and market share in the enterprise with key vertical (FSI, MFG, Telco/Tech & Utilities) and public sector (Pub Local Gov, Central Government | K12 Education & Higher Education | Private Education)Team Leadership and Management:Mentoring, coaching, and developing a sales team to achieve their full potential.Building and Maintaining Relationships:Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders in the enterprise and public sector.Sales Plan and Process Implementation:Creating and implementing sales plans and processes that ensure customer satisfaction and optimize sales performance.Market Analysis and Trend Monitoring:Analyzing customer data to identify opportunities and monitoring market trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful sales plan implementation and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.Performance Reporting:Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics to assess overall sales performance and identify areas for improvement.To be successful in this role, you will need
  • 15+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Proven experience as a people manager, with a minimum of 5 years of experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong communication, coaching, and market analysis skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets
  • Proven sales track records and relationship for Public Sectors (Education, Gov) and Very Large Enterprise across FSI | Tech/Telecom | Utilities
