Conduct market research to identify trends and insights related to consumer behavior and preferences.

Analyze data and generate reports to track the performance of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Create content to engage customers and promote the bank’s products and services.

Execute communications delivery to customers such as EDM, SMS, ZNS, Website update, etc.

Job Requirements

Degree holder in Marketing, Business or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in financial services or a similar industry.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.

Experience in conducting market research and generating actionable insights.
