- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Country creating and maintaining a high performing business, driving execution, engagement and results.
- Establish and oversee budgets, plans, policies, and programs that will effectively implement the business strategies and objectives set by the Regional Management Team.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at Country management team level to develop and implement a business strategy that aligns with the region/global.
- Develop a team of high competence, engagement and efficiency to ensure sustainable profitability.
- Encourage growth & development; drive best practices and foster company values and culture.
- Drive Country to fully leverage the global scale and scope to achieve business results.
- Anticipate market and environmental trends and implement the necessary changes to exceed customer needs.
- Manage and develop relationships with customers.
- Maintain a strong positive connection with the company’s key stakeholders; particularly governmental and regulatory authorities seeking to shape and influence proactively relevant developments.
- Should have at least 10 to 15 years of experience managing the P&L for a business units / functions and operations.
- A progressive career in MNC, able to appreciate and see the value of working in a matrix set-up.
- A hands-on Country Lead who is commercially and operational sound.
- Customer centric and solution offering mindset.
- Ability to drive change and deliver results through commercial and operations excellence.
