About Client & JobThis role is critical in managing relationships with Platform Food Delivery App's enterprise-level partners, ensuring operational excellence and driving mutual growth. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing partner accounts, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and delivering exceptional service to achieve business objectives. Proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively with stakeholders and internal.
  • Location: Mapletree Business Centre, 1060 Nguyen Van Linh street, District 7, HCMC
  • Working Time: Monday - Friday | 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Flexible)
  • Base Monthly Income: 16,330,000 VND (Gross)
  • Contract Term: 12 months

Job DesciptionAccount Management
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Platform Food Delivery App and enterprise commercial partners, ensuring a seamless communication flow and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Regularly engage with partners to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new enterprise accounts, ensuring smooth integration into the Platform Food Delivery App's systems and processes.
  • Maintain and update partner profiles, contracts, and account records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Partner Performance Optimization
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts, including sales volume, order accuracy, delivery efficiency, and customer feedback.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable strategies to enhance partner performance.
  • Collaborate with partners to implement promotional campaigns, menu optimizations, or pricing strategies that align with market demands and business objectives.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with partners to evaluate performance and discuss growth opportunities.
Business Development
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the Platform Food Delivery App's offerings within existing enterprise accounts, such as launching new product lines or services.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to acquire new enterprise partners and expand the Platform Food Delivery App's market presence.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements to ensure mutual benefits and alignment with the Platform Food Delivery App's strategic goals.
Operational Coordination
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues such as delivery delays, order inaccuracies, or system errors, ensuring minimal disruption to partners.
  • Provide partners with training and support on the Platform Food Delivery App's tools, systems, and processes to maximize efficiency.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare detailed reports on account performance, market trends, and partner feedback to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Use data analytics to identify patterns, predict outcomes, and recommend proactive measures to improve partner and the Platform Food Delivery App's overall performance.
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor account progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including enterprise partners, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Serve as an advocate for enterprise partners, ensuring their concerns and feedback are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Represent the Platform Food Delivery App in meetings, presentations, and events to showcase the value of partnership and strengthen collaboration.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese is mandatory (both written and spoken)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the food delivery, e-commerce, or F&B industry
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and driving business growth
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to inform decisions and strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and other relevant software (SQL skill is preferred)
