Wherever you are, whatever your industry, our experts worldwide provide specialized solutions to make your business faster, simpler and more efficient.Job Description-Provide technical support to HL lab operations, sale and clients.-Establish & maintain an electronic database of technical knowledge.-Organize technical training to HL CS/ TA/ report/ sale & lab technicians.-Conduct research and develop new testing capabilities for HL lab, participate in lab development projects Conduct research and develop new testing capabilities for HL lab, participate in lab development projects.-Participate in drafting of quality documentation, and ISO/IEC 17025 lab accreditation activities.-Participate in organizing lab tour, client training/seminars.-Double check on test assignment vs sample.-Clarify unclear information of testing program with KAM.-Works closely with Lab Manager to prepare test plans, protocols, and SOPs for relevant business.-Reviews and advise product testing in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.-Review and approve test report.-Other duties upon requestedQualificationsUniversity or aboveAt least three years of experience in Hardline/ TJP testing laboratoryGood communication skillsGood in English and Ms OfficeAbility to complete projects and assignments on a timely basisHands-on, open-minded, proactive team playerAdditional InformationNA
