This position will serve as the Talent and Organization consulting leader for a regional cluster spanning multiple countries. The individual acts as an internal advisor to Business Leaders and Human Resources Leaders, providing expertise in Talent and Organization Development. Plan, execute, and deliver talent and organizational strategies and initiatives across various business divisions within the region and selected markets as needed.Key Responsibilities
  • Reports to the regional Director of Talent and Organization Consulting (TOC) and is part of the affiliate TOC leadership group driving regional strategy and affiliate priorities.
  • Leads a team of experienced TOC managers managing the consulting practice across the cluster and provides indirect oversight of learning and development operations.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor, partnering with business HR directors and senior business leaders to design and execute talent and organizational development solutions and initiatives.
  • Aligns with regional HR directors across business divisions to implement global and regional priorities within the cluster and selected markets.
  • Collaborates with global talent development and TOC teams to align strategies, best practices, methodologies, and tools.
  • Oversees assessment, diagnosis, planning, and implementation of strategic talent and organization solutions supporting business strategy.
  • Provides consulting and coaching to business and HR leaders on executing key talent and organization strategies.
  • Works proactively with talent development partners to design and implement initiatives related to organizational effectiveness, leadership development, culture, and change management.
  • Assesses learning and development needs across all levels, identifies critical skills, and recommends capability-building priorities for long-term success.
  • Drives measurement and reporting of the impact of talent and organization interventions on business objectives using evaluation metrics, focus groups, and performance data.
  • Leads talent management activities such as talent review preparation, talent pipeline readiness, and talent development programs.
  • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement by building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strategizes, develops, and implements key talent and leadership development programs for talent pools within the region.
  • Facilitates senior leadership team meetings and partners with HR leaders to design tailored interventions for different business units.
  • Supports new leader assimilation and enhances leadership team effectiveness to enable sustained business success

  • 10+ years of Talent and Organization Development experience in a variety of disciplines including organization development, consulting, org design, training, talent & leadership development, talent management, performance management and change management. Other HR related experiences across other HR practice areas would be an added advantage.
  • Experienced in working in internal consulting roles/capacity or external consulting roles in large professional consulting services firms.
  • Experienced and comfortable in working in large, complex global organizations including working in an affiliate business structure outside the corporate HQ.
  • Good experience in partnering with different BHR teams and HR Practice Centers in a matrixed affiliate/regional/global HR operating model including effectively interacting with different colleagues from different countries across APAC
  • Proven success in managing senior stakeholders at a Division Vice President / General Manager level as well as different stakeholders across different affiliates in APAC.
  • Proven ability to plan, innovate, organize, prioritize and effectively manage multiple complex projects concurrently in an agile manner within a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent Vietnamese and English Proficient in reading, writing and speaking at a working language level
