Job Responsibilities
This position will be in charge of Technical sales and Project Management duties for system development projects for factories - Defining requirements with customers - Creating technical proposals and presentations - Liaising with the development team - Managing overall progressJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Gender: Any ・Age: 22-35 years old ・Language: Japanese Business level (N2 or higher) - able to communicate technically in Japanese to make technical proposals, and coordinate as a Project Manager ・Experience: - At least 3 years of IT development experience (System Engineer (SE), Programmer (PG), etc.) - Experience in project management - Working experience with Japanese companies
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Experience managing teams of 5 or more people ・Work or living experience in Japan
Preferred personality
・Strong desire to take on the challenge of developing systems for factories
