- Consolidate and standardize data from the Management System (service & parts).
- Build dashboards and reports to track performance and highlight key issues
- Analyze the effectiveness of after-sales campaigns (e.g., promotions, customer care) and provide actionable recommendations
- Act as the key data liaison for the After-Sales team, working closely with other departments on projects such as Vehicle Connected Systems, CRM, and dealer systems.
- Prepare and update periodic performance reports, including standardized PDCA reports
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data/business analysis.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, especially Power BI.
- Good command of English (TOEIC ≥ 600 or equivalent); able to conduct interviews in English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
