- Conduct the assigned jobs in professional, accurate and efficient manner
- Deliver quotations, certificates, reports, invoices, etc. on time
- Keep good relationship with clients/ affiliates/ colleague in SGS Vietnam / Maintain integrity
- Maintain accessible, transparent, complete and detailed customer information files
- Preparing Inspection job files
- Send reports, certificates and invoices to clients / affiliates or other parties
- Continuously update and file documents in inspection files including File Management Checklist and data base
- Prepare certificates and pass to Manager for approval
- Weekly and monthly report of invoicing and other requests
- Prepare and control invoice, follow up debt and payment
- Collection of outstanding payments
- Other tasks requested by Manager
- College graduated or above
- English level B equivalent
- Computer skill
