It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:Branch daily support: Non-cash servicesAuto Loan services:Receive log card / renewal log card from Loan Ops to handover to customers at branchReceive new insurance contract from customer/courier to handover to Loan OpsReceive customer’s request to release log card / renewal log card at branchReconcile daily/ monthly report with Loan OpsSafe deposit box:Welcome and advise customer to fulfill access slip when visiting SDB.Record all SDB transactions (open/ close/ visit) in Excel file at the end of day.Others:Receive docs (TT/ LC) from customers and handover to Trade window team to scan EWF.Receive mortgage request and handover to Loan Ops for further process.Receive audit request via courier/ mailing, record master file and send hard copy to CTS for further process.Master file recordAdmin supports:Attach Branch Service member to perform scanning and archiving documents from EWF system.Filing original document and assist to order Crowns service.Assist to manage incoming and outcoming mails.Support Fedex/DHL service.Support in running Bank statement when volume increase.Assist in monitoring stationeries, supplies, and prepare monthly order/ payment.Collect authorized signatures and stamps for contract/ bank statement/ confirmation letter.Receive and distribute internal letters / customers' requests via courier.Copy documents.Others delegated tasks will be communicated by management if there are changes and updates.Job Requirements:Degree/ Diploma in Banking major.Possess a positive mindset with a CAN-DO attitude and passion to deliver quality customer servicePossess a pleasant voice, excellent comprehension, communication, interpersonal skills, and work etiquetteStrong customer service mindset and enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding customers’ expectationsTeam player, problem-solving skills, and well time managementResourceful, proactive, results-driven, attention to details, and able to multitaskProficient in PC skills including MS Office applicationsFluently (written and spoken) in EnglishAdditional RequirementsBe a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
