- Manage daily operations of the Security Control Center and monitor all systems.
- Set up, configure, and maintain all security systems to ensure proper function and coverage.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and keep detailed records of system status and maintenance.
- Track all security equipment and licenses, and support procurement when needed.
- Follow up on security projects to ensure timely and proper completion.
- Develop and update system layouts, procedures (SOPs), and logs.
- Ensure system security, data confidentiality, and compliance.
- Report issues or risks potential to the Manager.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
- Education Level: College/University
- At least 02 years of experience working with security systems such as: CCTV, alarms, access control, and fire alarms.
- Knowledge Intermediate level of verbal English communication and written.
- Able to install, maintain, and troubleshoot technical systems.
- Knowledge of security best practices and how to protect data.
- Good problem-solving skills and able to work independently.
- Well-organized and good at keeping records and following procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook).
