- Design, build, and maintain scalable automation workflows across onboarding, adoption, value realization, and renewal
- Analyze business processes and model them using BPMN or equivalent frameworks
- Implement and manage automations using low-code/no-code tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make) and custom scripts
- Integrate systems and data sources, including CRMs, product analytics, forms, and webhooks
- Configure lifecycle triggers and signals such as expansion readiness or CSQLs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CS Ops, RevOps, Product, and Marketing to ensure end-to-end automation alignment
- Pilot AI-assisted automations to reduce manual reporting and improve content delivery
- Document automation logic, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Ensure automations are secure, error-resistant, and maintainable
- Deliver measurable impact by reducing manual hours by 20–30% within the first year
- 5+ years in CS Ops, RevOps, Marketing Ops, or process automation roles
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script)
- Proficient in JavaScript or Python
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and lifecycle automation
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
- Data fluency, including CRM objects, product usage metrics, and structured data
- Detail-oriented with a focus on scalable and maintainable system design
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in BPMN or similar process modeling standards
- Experience in SaaS environments with a focus on customer lifecycle automation
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tools like OpenAI for automation-enhanced content generation
