i) Provide execution directions in formulating capabilities building initiatives and any assigned projects that support the business objectives
ii) Coach and mentor team members to develop to their fullest potential and core values that align with PVA cultureJob ResponsibilitiesFormulate execution plans aim at building Agent CapabilitiesDevelop and execute initiatives through training & development, activities, engagement platforms and supporting tools to increase sales competence, productivity and professionalism of AgentsImplement and execute the various capabilities building initiatives on the ground through various stakeholders such as AD, ATD, Agency Planning, Communication, Trips & Events as well as other supporting departments.Direct engagement with agents and agency leaders to ensure effective execution of various capabilities building initiativesEstablish Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for team members to ensure direct accountability and focus.Provide execution oversight on assigned regional and local projects to support overall business objectivesDrive MDRT culture building and development of MDRT agentsImplement projects that support the building of strong service excellence culture, performance consistency and professionalism of agentsInculcate a strong sense of career purpose in agents through branding, communication and engagement platforms projects.Establish effective communication platforms with stakeholdersEstablish rapport and communication platforms with various stakeholders to support the smooth execution of projects and initiatives.Job AccountabilityThis role is directly accountable for business KPIs related to the agency distribution channel, focusing but not limited to agents development KPIs.Job RequirementsQualificationsA bachelor’s degree from local or overseas varsity institutions.Knowledge and skills8–10 years in the financial industry, including at least 5 years of experience in the insurance sectorPractical sales experience in insurance will be an advantageVery strong in influencing, verbal communication and presentation skillset, should be able to take the stage and be able to explain strategies and initiatives to the Agency Sales ForceCritical thinking and connect the dotProven Leadership abilities to inspire and develop peopleAbility to find innovative ways to resolve problems.Leadership Behaviors LevelCustomer Centricity – IntermediateWorking together – AdvancedGrowing Talent – AdvancedStrategic & Commercial Acumen – IntermediateLeading Innovation & Change – Intermediate.Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
