Senior / Production Staff

• College diploma or higher; background in healthcare, biotechnology, food technology, or related fields is preferred.
• No prior experience in pharmaceuticals is required; relevant production experience in healthcare or related industries is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of production procedures and safety practices.
• Ability to work in shifts if required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Korean language skills will be an advantage.

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist with preparation, mixing, filling, and packaging processes as required.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines at all times.
• Record and report production data accurately and promptly.
• Support quality checks and report any deviations or equipment malfunctions.
• Cooperate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
