AI Engineer

Adecco's client, a well-known technology company, is looking for an AI Engineer to join their AI Builder and Chatbot/AI Agent project.❖ Must

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field degree
More than 4 years of proven experience in a technical leadership role, specifically in AI system development.

❖ Knowledge skill

Program language: Python
Framework: Langchain/LangGraph, LlamaIndex, PyTorch, MLflow, Tensorflow
Understanding about AI model architecture: RAG, Transformer (ViT, BERT, VLM, OCR)
Have experience about AI Agent, Graph AI, Data pineline
Have knowledge about MLops, AWS, NodeJs is a point plus.

❖ Desired skillset & Experience

Proficiency in Python, FastAPI with deep hands-on experience in LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
Deep understanding about vector store, history management, AI/ML Technologies: Proficiency in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI models.
Demonstrated expertise in integrating and fine-tuning Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI GPT models, LLaMA, Cohere).
Extensive experience in Prompt Engineering and Memory implementation strategies.
Strong practical knowledge in designing Node-Edge-State based AI workflows.
Familiarity with Advanced Frameworks: Knowledge of RAG, LangGraph, LangChain, and MCP/A2A to design and implement sophisticated AI systems.
Have skills in provide solution, design system, evaluate, select tech stack
Handle data (structure, un-structure)
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, optimizer & Analyst AI Agent trending
Good communication, collaboration, high sense of organization, responsibility and management skills
Proven capability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering innovation and collaborative work environments.

Architect and implement agent-based AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, and related tools.
Design and implement effective Memory management systems to support conversational AI and context retention.
Lead the design, development of AI-driven applications and services utilizing advanced Python frameworks.
Provide AI solution suitable to develop Chatbot/AI Agent
Evaluate and select technical to optimize product: framework, open-source tools, cloud-services.
Maintain, Develop, optimize, and maintain Vector Databases and their integration with Large Language Models (LLMs).
Write and optimize prompts
Combination with HQ AI developers, backend/frontend team to deploy product
