The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.About the Role:As a member of the Surprises Quality Team, the Resident Quality Engineer role ensures that finished products and production processes meet Ferrero’s high standards for quality, safety, and compliance. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence and driving continuous improvement across the production lifecycle.Main Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance of finished products with Ferrero quality standards
Monitor and enforce compliance of production processes
Manage operational controls and supervise final inspections and related testing
Conduct and support root cause analyses, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions
Participate actively in the toy development process from a quality assurance perspective.
Lead and manage continuous audit activities
Oversee production processes and associated control points
Ensure adherence to the Ferrero Quality Manual and Code of Conduct throughout the production process
Collaborate with the Food Safety Team to enhance food safety and quality standards within the plant
Set up, implement, and monitor Quality Management System (QMS) and Food Safety Management System (FSMS) procedures within assigned scope
Ensure strict compliance with applicable laws, internal guidelines, and contractual standards

Who we are looking for:

Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Food Science, or a related field
Experience in quality assurance or production process management, preferably in the food or toy industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Familiarity with QMS and FSMS frameworks
Detail-orientation with a commitment to continuous improvement
Good knowledge of MS Office tools
Fluency in English and Vietnamese, written and spoken
