- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve engineering goals and objectives
- Oversee multiple engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with overall business objectives
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
- Analyze complex engineering problems and develop innovative solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance engineering processes and outcomes
- Prepare and present reports on project status, engineering performance, and strategic recommendations to senior management
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering management roles
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and industry standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and resource allocation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor engineering teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in data analysis and quality control methodologies
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies
- Familiarity with emerging technologies in the engineering field
- Ability to think strategically and align engineering initiatives with business objectives
- Willingness to travel as required for project oversight and client meetings
