  • Manage the overall retail unsecured lending portfolio within the desired risk appetite framework through credit policy reviews & analysis
  • Maintain compliance with UOB credit policies/practices, regulatory policies and prepare, update, and ensure approval of all internal policy and procedure changes, keeping proper change and approval logs
  • Manage the credit risk decision management system (DMS) for optimization solutions, work with Country stakeholders and Group technology stakeholders to plan and execute User Acceptance Test, perform impact assessment, monitor and track for subsequent system Change Request
  • Continuously identify process improvements and efficiencies to support business unit goals through dissecting issues and making recommendations
  • Identify business opportunities, develop credit tests and risk strategies, balancing risk and return, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of policy tests and strategies.
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree/ University degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of working experience, preferably in retail credit risk management with exposure in credit program management, credit policy and decision management system
  • Demonstrated quantitative, presentation and analytic skills
  • Demonstrated system and project management skills
  • Ability to work under multiple tasks with multiple stakeholders across functions and meet stretched timeline with quality delivery
  • Exceptional work ethics, strong English communication to work effectively with overseas stakeholders
  • Advanced skill in using Microsoft Office product suits
  • Programming & relational database knowledge background, e.g. SAS, SQL is a plus.
