- Track the performance of the SPX BD by individual/team/region.
- Categorize business effectiveness into High / Medium / Low performance and strengthen the sales team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and develop a competency development roadmap for the sales staff.
- Own and operate training programs for SPX's sales department, including designing courses and coaching to enhance the capabilities of the sales team at all levels (from new hires to experienced staff).
- Build learning pathways covering aspects such as Soft Skills, Product Training, Negotiation, Sales Pitch, etc.
- Organize hands-on workshops, training sessions, and post-training evaluation programs.
- Maintain and update sales handbooks, sales scripts, internal processes, etc.
- Design and organize sales performance competitions with initiatives to boost motivation and morale within the sales team.
- Generate and implement recognition programs within the sales department.
- Organize idea-sharing sessions, networking, and feedback among teams in the department.
- Build a dynamic sales culture that encourages proactivity, high morale, and a strong learning momentum.
- Other tasks are assigned by the Company from time to time.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in sales or sales capability development.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking ability; able to work independently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of sales processes and the market.
