Production Manager

• Manage, assign, and coordinate work for all employees in the production department.

• Receive and organize production plans; allocate appropriate machinery and equipment to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.

• Calculate and propose weekly and monthly staffing requirements based on production schedules.

• Monitor and ensure production progress; analyze completion rates of production plans and propose improvement actions to increase productivity.

• Synthesize and analyze production results; implement solutions to increase the operating efficiency of machinery and equipment.

• Serve as the primary point of contact during customer or third-party evaluations of quality control systems, RBA, and other systems as required.

• Maintain and continuously improve the production department's quality management system. Lead productivity improvements and ensure compliance with enhancement measures throughout production stages.

• College degree or higher

• Minimum 8 years' experience in Production Management, with at least 3 years in a similar supervisory or managerial role

• English or Korean or China communication required
