Job Responsibilities
・Purpose: - Lead the sales team in promoting and distributing the company's products. - Responsible for developing sales strategies, building customer relationships and achieving business goals ・Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies targeting the manufacturing and electronics industries to drive sustainable revenue growth and increase company profitability - Identify potential clients and grow the customer base. - Building and developing sales team activities. - Work closely with suppliers and technical teams to provide product solutions. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends. - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. - Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company ・Business trips to other regions may be required as neededJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field (not required for matching experienced candidates) ・Age: 30 ~ 40 ・Gender: Male preferred ・Language: Business English level ・Experience: - At least 4 years experience in B2B Sales positions (preferably in industrial consumables) - Strong network in manufacturing sectors - Able to lead and develop Sales team - Familiar with technical product specifications - Proficient in Word, Excel, Ppt
