- Bachelor's degree in business, Packaging, or related fields.
- 5+ years' experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in packaging
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts to increase revenue and profitability.
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Operations) for customized sealing solutions.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support go-to-market strategy.
- Represent the company in exhibitions and trade shows (e.g. ProPak, Pack Expo).
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and regular sales reports.
