  • Bachelor's degree in business, Packaging, or related fields.
  • 5+ years' experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in packaging
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Provide technical consultation and product recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Operations) for customized sealing solutions.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions and trade shows (e.g. ProPak, Pack Expo).
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and regular sales reports.
