Investment Principal

• Support Deal Leaders in identifying and screening potential deals opportunistically.

• Conduct and/or coordinate Due Diligence processes (Financial, Commercial, Legal, Environmental & Social).
• Conducting in-depth financial analysis and valuations, building and maintaining financial models, and evaluating potential investment opportunities.
• Assist in structuring deals and preparing legal agreements.
• Support the development of initial Value Creation Plans.

• Analyze portfolio company management reports and flag performance issues.
• Support in designing or requesting additional reports if existing ones are insufficient.
• Monitor key risks and propose internal controls and risk mitigation measures.
• Maintaining master copies of key documents

• Coordinate with value creation experts as needed.
• Support implementation and regular updates of the Value Creation Plan.

• Support execution of the divestment plan, including preparation work, deal shaping, negotiation, listing, and trading strategies.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Having at least 7 years relevant professional experience ( e.g investment banking, M&A / financial advisory, fund management, transaction services, strategy consulting, private equity)
• Prior exposure to M&A or PE transactions
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

• Finance & Accounting: Strong skills in financial modeling,valuation, financial analysis, and understanding of accounting.
• Business Acumen: Ability to understand and analyze business models and operational performance and value creation levers.
• Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with transaction term sheets
