It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!Job DescriptionManage team of MMs to acquire hotels and maintain good working relationshipsSet individual KPIs in alignment with the Country Market ManagerExecute on hotel acquisition/hotel account management strategy with team of MMsIdentify, prioritize, contact new accommodation properties and ensure pricing and availability competitiveness in assigned marketManage top accounts – own, develop and manage top accounts in assigned destination and ensure the team develops mutually beneficial accommodation property relationships to grow market shareReport & analyze – plan with line manager, implement, and monitor agreed KPIs and be able to analyze, visualize and discuss trends, issues and opportunities with team and managerUnderstand the industry and its developments – very good knowledge of pros and cons of competitor models, market trends &; landscape, accommodation rate structure and yield management, connectivity options and customer booking trendsOptimize use of process and systems – Be familiar with full spectrum of business tools and ensure the team makes use of the systemsHave a deep understand on the hotel distribution, price competitiveness and rate parity landscape in the OTAs' environment wellWork with hotels on promotional activities to increase bookingsCoach the MM team to strengthen their skill and knowledge on the jobResponsible for Market Management accounts in multiple clusters:Deep understanding on hotel account management domainDriving business growth for supply in team lead capacityInitiating & kickstarting special projectWorking with teams beyond MM team (revenue, product, pricing, marketing) for low-mid complexity and scopeRequirements10 years experienceIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
