IT Support Specialist

• Administrate, maintain and develop the information systems in order to achieve highest system availability and to provide support for users in an efficient manner to optimize the business process.
• Install, maintain and manage all kinds of hardware (Servers, PCs, Printers, network cable, IT equipment such as router, switch, firewall…) in order to have normal operation of LAN and WAN in place.
• Install, maintain, manage and update all kinds of software (operating system of LAN and WAN as Windows 10, Windows 2019, 365 and application software such as MS Office, SQL server, JDE…) in order to have normal operation of all software application in place.
• Support users in all kinds of IT activities, train users, solve all application related problems, detect viruses, consult all IT related questions in order to optimize the efficiency of business application, communication and data.
• Co-ordinate to install and maintain the telephone system at offices.
• Provide JDE connection support and resolve network problems in the evening support activities, responsible contacts for all activities to ensure the JDE operation system runs smoothly.
• Assist IT Manager/Supervisor in all relevant jobs in order to provide a system in line with the Company business requirements.
• Source new technologies, which could enhance the System performance and add value to our business.
• Attend to other Company activities that is arranged by IT Manager/Supervisor

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and/or Computer Science
• At least 3 years of experience in an IT environment. Thorough technical experience and knowledge on network and hardware technology.
