- Distribute work to meet KPIs while maintaining work-life balance.
- Manage daily communications (emails/calls) regarding invoice disputes.
- Reassign issues to appropriate resolvers when needed.
- Resolve disputes, issue credit notes or invoices, and close cases with final customer notifications.
- Maintain logs and ensure adherence to dispute resolution procedures.
- Provide data reports for management review
- Education: College/Bachelor's degree in Sea Transportation, Export-Import, International Business, or related fields.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role within a shipping company or freight forwarder.
