Job description
- Work related to purchasing: - Receive order requests from departments and contact suppliers to request quotes and place orders. - Make orders, check suppliers' purchase contracts. - Enter order data into import-export management files. Track order status to ensure on-time delivery to customers. - Carry out delivery procedures for customers. • Work related to import-export: - Prepare import-export documents (foreign trade contracts, purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, etc.) - Contact forwarders to carry out import-export customs clearance procedures, export and receipt procedures, etc.) • Work to support the sales department: - Make quotes for customers - Draft sales contracts for customers and other necessary documents as required by superiors • Other work: - Track monthly supplier debt to summarize costs, transfer invoices and related documents for accounting to plan payments. - Translate documents (technical documents, contracts, documents, emails, ...) English-Japanese, Japanese-English - Interpret in meetings, discussions, ... related to the company's activities in English-Japanese, Japanese-English - Manage and store records - Perform other tasks as required by superiors
Requirements
- University degree in foreign trade, import-export, economics or equivalent major. - Foreign languages: English and Japanese - Business level - Understanding of import-export knowledge, international trade terms, international transportation payment methods - Proficiency in office computer (Word, Excel, Power Point) - Good communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, good management and work organization thinking - Honest, diligent, hard-working, careful, meticulous, proactive in learning, responsible and dedicated to work
