Job Responsibilities
General Affairs & Accounting Duties - Create application documents (work permits, visas, other licenses). - Handle accounting tasks (payment, payroll), and communicate with accounting consultants. - Prepare monthly and annual accounting documents for reporting to headquarters. - Manage cash flow and handle cash-related duties. - Monitor accounts receivable and payable according to government financial regulations and company policies. - Record and manage internal documents. - Arrange business trips (hotel, flights, etc.). - Prepare quotations for domestic customers and purchase orders for suppliers. - Manage delivery and logistics staff. - Input monthly accounting data and issue sales invoices. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for VAT, PIT, and CIT. - Prepare regular reports for the Investment, Labor, Central Bank, and Statistics departments. - Store contracts, quotations, invoices, and other documents and vouchers in accordance with company and Vietnamese accounting regulations. - Other duties as assigned by the Director and Manager.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Language: English or Japanese - Business Level ・Experience: - Over 5 years of experience in accounting, general affairs, and finance at a trading company, foreign bank, or machinery manufacturer. - Experience at a foreign-invested company. ・Software: Strong knowledge of accounting software (The Company uses FAST). ・Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of trading company operations.
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Language: Conversational Japanese. ・Experience: Experience in sales support or similar roles. ・Software: Good knowledge of ERP systems.
