A leading multinational corporation specializing in printing solutions, industrial labels, and functional materials for the electronics and automotive industries, with a manufacturing facility located in Vietnam
  • Bachelor's degree required; technical background preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in sales manager for packaging and printing solution (industrial labels, and functional materials for the electronics)
  • Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies with key accounts.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex transactions and engage with senior management.
  • Solid business acumen with strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrix organization.
  • Prior experience in Business Development within Printing, Electronics, Consumer Appliances, Industrial, or Injection Molding industries is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Chinese is a strong plus.
Sales Manager - North VietnamWe are looking for a Sales Manager to accelerate growth and profitability in North Vietnam, with a primary focus on the Electronics segment. This role will be responsible for expanding new business opportunities while managing and growing key accounts, especially with EMS and end-user customers.Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue and profit objectives in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies to meet growth, pricing, and product mix goals.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities to ensure sustainable business development.
  • Identify customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and position value propositions effectively.
  • Provide technical support, product demonstrations, quotations, and value-based selling.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring high-quality service and responsiveness.
  • Monitor market trends, customer base, and competitors to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
  • Conduct territory analysis and allocate resources effectively to maximize results.
  • Leverage account management skills to implement customer growth and retention programs.
