- Bachelor's degree required; technical background preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience in sales manager for packaging and printing solution (industrial labels, and functional materials for the electronics)
- Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies with key accounts.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex transactions and engage with senior management.
- Solid business acumen with strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrix organization.
- Prior experience in Business Development within Printing, Electronics, Consumer Appliances, Industrial, or Injection Molding industries is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Chinese is a strong plus.
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue and profit objectives in the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies to meet growth, pricing, and product mix goals.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities to ensure sustainable business development.
- Identify customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and position value propositions effectively.
- Provide technical support, product demonstrations, quotations, and value-based selling.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring high-quality service and responsiveness.
- Monitor market trends, customer base, and competitors to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
- Conduct territory analysis and allocate resources effectively to maximize results.
- Leverage account management skills to implement customer growth and retention programs.
